ISO contains non-OS RPMs in wrong subdirectory

Description

When the SIMP ISO is built, the software places the non-standard-OS RPMs in a SIMP directory on the ISO. Specifically, each RPM is supposed to be placed in a subdirectory named for the architecture the RPM supports (e.g., noarch or x86_64). However, for RPMs that don't have that architecture advertised in their RPM name, such as elasticsearch-5.6.10.rpm or logstash-5.6.10.rpm, these RPMs get placed in a directory named for the last part of the RPM name prior to the .rpm suffix, instead. For elasticsearch-6.7.10.rpm the destination directory is SIMP/10 instead of SIMP/noarch.
