Presently, when users run simp config --dry-run there is a message at the top that tells them that answers will be saved in ~/.simp/.simp_conf.yaml. However, being a hidden file in a hidden file, it is easy to overlook.
After running simp config, users should be told where the save file is located so that they can easily find it later.
There also appears to be an error in the code that is prepending a dot . to the output file in all cases.
After working with this a bit more, it turns out that the output file is not created in dry-run mode unless you actually say yes to the final question of applying the configuration to the system.
If you say yes then all of the actions are skipped with a message saying that they are being skipped due to dry-run mode and the output file is correctly written.
