pupmod-simp-nfs acceptance tests have been failing

The initial commit of aa7e3734 ran acceptance tests successfully on 16 May 2020. However, all GitLab CI pipelines for
that commit have failed since then.

I think this is just missing stuff from .fixtures.yml

The krb and stunnel failures may be cleared up now that the runners are no longer nuts.
