simp_nfs README indicates hostname allowed for NFS server

Description

The simp_nfs README.md says the simp_nfs::host_dir_server can be a hostname or IP when, due to firewalld support, it can only be an IP.

This ticket is to fix that error, ensure all the documentation WRT pupmod-simp-nfs direct use is correct (Mount Home NFS Directories on another NFS server section), ensure Known Issues is current (should not reference EL6 whose support was dropped in this module), and regenerate the REFERENCE.md to pick up the latest puppet-strings updates.

Please also fix the examples in the home.pp manifest. It uses 'classes', instead of 'simp::classes'. If any other instances of 'classes' exists in other manifests, please fix those as well.

For NFS, we should probably reference the "pseudo filesystem" somewhere so that people have something to search for that will lead them down the correct path.
