Retrospective

What did we do well?

  • Got automated nightly builds working

  • Added acceptance tests to the 'simp' module which found issues in a large number of dependent modules

  • Automated package and acceptance testing with Jenkins on Gerrit commit (still being worked)

  • Have a DSL-based Jenkins infrastructure which promotes reusability

What should we have done better?

  • Module Documentation

  • Logic Path Spec test Updates

  • Not work at 2am

  • Human based code-review for logic path gaps in spec tests
