What did we do well?
Quantified testing - by putting more description in test tickets, we were able to avoid redundancy and expand test coverage
Ticket management
Attention to detail - we know enough to know a bad test vs a bug
First automated integration testing using beaker
A\Prompt attention to community contribution
Team can be productive despite volatile schedules
What should we have done better?
Split out the docs tickets like we did for testing
Allow more people to be able to do releases / automate the process
