What did we do well?
Breaking down the tickets was much more effective
Started tracking Overhead tasks separately
This gave us a better handle on how much effort things in general take

Planning for expected staffing
What should we have done better?
Underestimated how much work to test forks since we needed a full build each time
Staged RPM releases before blasting them out to the world
