What did we do well?
- Breaking down the tickets was much more effective
- Started tracking Overhead tasks separately
- This gave us a better handle on how much effort things in general take
- Customer Service
- Planning for expected staffing
What should we have done better?
- Underestimated how much work to test forks since we needed a full build each time
- Staged RPM releases before blasting them out to the world
- Team Outreach
