What did we do well?

  • Breaking down the tickets was much more effective
  • Started tracking Overhead tasks separately
    • This gave us a better handle on how much effort things in general take
  • Customer Service
  • Planning for expected staffing

What should we have done better?

  • Underestimated how much work to test forks since we needed a full build each time
  • Staged RPM  releases before blasting them out to the world (big grin)
  • Team Outreach
