What did we do well?

  • Customer participation in planning
  • Made a plan and stuck to it - good estimate last sprint planning, minimal feature creep
  • Compiled pre-release ISOs, as we intended
  • Emphasized documentation prior to release, made a great group effort to get the HOWTOs and various Changelogs in order

What should we have done better?

  • Allocate more time in the sprint for fixing bugs found during testing
