What did we do well?
- Customer participation in planning
- Made a plan and stuck to it - good estimate last sprint planning, minimal feature creep
- Compiled pre-release ISOs, as we intended
- Emphasized documentation prior to release, made a great group effort to get the HOWTOs and various Changelogs in order
What should we have done better?
- Allocate more time in the sprint for fixing bugs found during testing
